Ways that Google detects Invalid clicks

Posted by damnedviper | | 9 comments »

We always hear that Google has a sophisticated system to detect the invalid clicks, and result in termination of the cheaters' account. But, how can Google do that? In this post, I summarize those ways that Google depends on to detect whether the clicks on your site are invalid or not. Google will not first ban your account immediately. Rather, they will first flag your account and Google will keep a closer eye to your account. In some occasion, they may send you a warning letter to notify your situation; but sometimes not.

1. IP Address

It is the easist and must be recognized by everyone. If those clicks on your ads are originated from the same IP Address as the one used for accessing your AdSense account, your account is flagged.

2. Click Through Rate (CTR)

Normally, Click thru Rate should not excees 10%. Otherwise, Google will flag your account. For your information, normal CTR should ranges from 0.5% - 10%.

3. Physical Location

Google has good tracing software and technology. They can trace traffics origin down to the small town. So, using different computers with different IP address does not secure anything. So, don't try to click your ads in various internet cafes. That will kill you.

4. Cookies

Most home users do not use static IP Address for Internet connection. In most cases just disconnect and reconnect will give you a new IP Address. But don't forget, Google has set cookies on your computer. They can trace these cookies and see whether they originate from the same computer.

5. Click Pattern 1

It is also suspicious when people click on their clicks and then run away immediately (hit-and-run). But normally, people will surf for a while inside your pages and then click on the ads they want.

6. Click Pattern 2

why this computer / IP address / person is so trigger-click-happy on this particular website but never click on the ads on other sites?

7. Click Pattern 3

And why is it that people accessing these sites direct (type-in URL or from bookmark) tend to be very active ad-clickers compared with those referred from search engine or other sites?

8.Other Google Services

Apart from Google Adsense, Google also provide a series of services to us. Don't just think that it is safe if you do not log in your adsense account and click on your ads. What other Google services do they provide to us? Here are some: Gmail (most poeple are using it), Google Earth, Google Calendar, Google Search, Google Toolbar, Google Talk, Google Sitemap, Google Desktop, Blogger, or even Youtube (coz Google has just recently acquired it).

10. Search Engine Ranking
Your website is not indexed on any search engine, not linked by any prominent website, but get consistently high traffic? How come people can access your website and click your ads? That will make Google to smell a rat.

11. Webpage design

How about the "Please click a link below" or "donate us by clicking the ads"? These kinds of encouragement is not in line with Google's TOS. Google can use their winning search engine, or even human eyes to check your sites from time to time.

12. Advertisers conversion rate

Ad click is one thing. But does it bring value to the advertisers? If none of the clicks on your site translate to conversion to the advertiser, you are in trouble. First the Smart-Pricing hits, then your AdSense account disabled.

Guide: How to add a DiggIt and Del.icio.us button to blogger

Posted by damnedviper | | 0 comments »

For many bloggers out there the most concerning thing related to your blog is traffic. To help generate traffic there are two great tools out there that you can use. One is Del.icio.us and the other is Digg. For those of you that don't know what either does then just Google it to find out.

Both can help drive in users to your site which is great. Only problem is how do you make it easy to get your visitors to use the two?

Well after searching for different ways to do this I couldn't find a solution that would work with blogger. After discovering some different methods for other services I decided to tinker with the code and eventually I got it to work. Here is how you can put some quick and easy links to help out your visitor:
_________________________________________________

First, the way this code will work is that it will take your reader to the site and automatically insert in some information such as the article link and title making it easier for them to digg or tag your site. Because of this you need to put it where the links will show up under each and every post.

Go to ----> Edit Template. Next scroll down and find your bar that has the comments button and your name and link on it.

Scroll past --->
/*
-----------------------------------------------
Blogger Template Style
Name: Rounders 3
Designer: Douglas Bowman
URL: www.stopdesign.com

Keep going until you see a code that looks like this:
<p>
<$BlogItemBody$>
</p>

</div>

<p class="post-footer">
<em>By: <$BlogItemAuthorNickname$><a href="<$BlogItemPermalinkUrl$>" title="permanent link">Permalink</a></em>
<BlogItemCommentsEnabled>

Should be about half-way down the page although it will change for everyone.
Right before "<BlogItemCommentsEnabled>" just enter in:

<a href="http://digg.com/submit?phase=3&url=<$BlogItemPermalinkUrl$>" Title="Submit To Digg" target="_blank">DiggIt!</a>

<a href="http://del.icio.us/post?url=<$BlogItemPermalinkUrl$>&title=
<$BlogItemTitle$>" Title="Del.icio.us" target="_blank">Del.icio.us</a>

Please note that the code above is two seperate codes. One for Digg and the other for Del.icio.us. They should be put in one right below the other. Also, I suggest that you make both one line of code. So the digg code would be just one line of code and the del.icio.us code would be just one line of code.

Also, if you want the two links to be seperated by a "|" then just add "nbsp;|& nbsp;" wherever you want it.

Here is what the final product will look like:

Enjoy! P.S. if you do choose to use this guide then could you at least link somewhere on your site to this specific post so everyone in the blogger world will have it! Thanks!

Myth and Facts about Google Adsense

Posted by damnedviper | | 1 comments »

Myth and Facts about Google Adsense

Myth: Since wide ads (336×280, 300×250 and 250×250) are effective in many websites, it must also be doing the same thing in my website.

Fact: Not really. Every website has its own characteristics; you cannot just follow what people said and then hope that your CTR will drastically increase. Try to do your own experiments with various ads and placements. Perhaps ads unit that are not effective in another website are your most profitable ads.

Myth: It’s profitable to develop website that’s targeting high paying keywords.

Fact: Perhaps, if you really are a Search Engine Optimization expert. It is correct that when these high paying keywords are clicked, you will get a huge amount of money. But do you realize how many people out there who also think the same thing? I’m sure there are hundreds of thousands; and you will face bloody competition to reach the top position in SERPS (Search Engine Result Pages). Without top position in SERPS, there will be no visitor; without visitor, there will be no one who clicks on your ads..

Myth: High Traffic + High CTR = High Income.

Fact: It is a perfect equation if only there is no smart pricing. High income depends of several factors, such as smart pricing and what type of website you run. Some types of websites (such as forum) have high traffic but they do not generate many incomes from Google Adsense. Smart pricing also affects it. I have seen many websites with high traffic, high CTR, but totally low income.

Myth: Be careful if your traffic suddenly increases (perhaps because a popular website features one of your articles), Google might think you are doing spamming.

Fact: Nonsense. Google is able to detect your visitors from their IP addresses (if you are not net savvy, just imagine IP address as your phone number; every time you make a phone call, it will be recorded on your phone company). If you’re doing spamming, there is big possibility that all these IP addresses will be exactly the same. Beside that, Google is able to detect who your referrer is (where your visitors know your website from). If they find out that a popular blog/website is linking to your website, they will surely understand. So, don’t worry about this.

Myth: If Google suddenly bans your Adsense account, there is no chance you will be able to defend yourself.

Fact: Some people agree with this, but some other give contradictory facts. Many webmasters complained that Google never gave them warnings and suddenly terminated their accounts. In fact, Google even didn’t give them any explanations what their fault was. Strangely, some other webmasters gave contradictory facts. Firstly, Google always gives two warnings before they finally close an Adsense account. Secondly, if you can prove that you never break Google Adsense TOS (Terms of Service) such as doing click fraud, then they will reactivate your account.

Myth: Google Adsense will make you millionaire within a couple of months.

Fact: Wake up! It’s not time for daydreaming! You must treat Google Adsense as a real business. And just like another real business, it takes times and efforts to be successful.

Myth: Repeating visitors will stabilize your Google Adsense incomes.

Fact: Big mistake. In fact, repeating visitors even easily suffer ads-blindness. Since they regularly visit your website, they know where exactly you put your ads (except you rotate those ads everyday), and will avoid them. Getting new visitors everyday is more effective for your Google Adsense incomes.

Myth: The only way to monetize your Google Adsense account is by placing their ads in every website/ blog you owned.

Fact: Fortunately, no! There are many ways to use your Google Adsense ID (known as “Publisher ID”) now. One of them is by using it for “revenue sharing”. What is that? There are some forums that ask you to enter your Publisher ID when you register in their websites. They will use this ID to generate Google Adsense ads that will be displayed in every thread you participate in. If these ads are clicked, they will split the income: 50% for you, 50% for them. One of the forum that provide this facility is http://forums.digitalpoint.com

Myth: People who got tens (or even hundreds) of thousands dollars from Google Adsense must own a single website that is visited by millions of visitors a day.

Fact: Not all of them. In fact, many of them even admitted that they got those checks by developing many small websites. For them, it is easier to generate $40,000 from 40 small websites than generate $40,000 from a single website.

Adsense Click Fraud Can NOT be Stopped

Posted by damnedviper | | 4 comments »

The Truth - Adsense Click Fraud Can NOT be Stopped:

Attention: This Article is for educational purpose only.
No one should use this information for cheating Adsense and I am not responsible for your actions if you choose to do so. You will be caught because Google will evolve and get smarter, eventually.

Your probably reading this article because you use Google Adwords to bring traffic to your website, or your a click fraudster yourself, wanting to see what kind of information I have for you. Most of you click fraudsters will think that I have no idea what I am talking about, and that I do not know your methods. Well, trust me buddy, I KNOW ALL ABOUT YOU AND WHAT YOU DO.
If you are new to the click fraud scene, here is an example:
1. Scumbag puts Google Adsense ads on his website.
2. The scumbag then proceeds to cheat Google Adsense by creating false clickthroughs and impressions, in return earning him a pretty nice profit, because he isn't even working on his website, just generating false traffic.
All of you people that run campaigns through Google Adwords are thinking, "This guy has no idea what he is talking about, Google has everything under control and they even state so publicly!"
WOW! What kind of pay per click company would admit that they DO NOT have click fraud under control? I wonder what would happen to their business immediately following that statement.
Estimates say that nearly 20% of all clicks for Adsense are illegitimate. In my honest opinion I believe this number to be around 30-35% from some of the things I have seen.
Alrite, now the big question, how are they doing it?
There are a number of ways that people are cheating, including the 'click groups' from India that click on your ads for you and create big pay checks as long as you pay them their $0.50 an hour so they can buy bread for their family.
But I'm going to show you the technical way that Google Adsense is cheated, not poor people clicking ads. I'm talking about extremely smart programmers that create hitbots to cheat Adsense. And, NO, I'm not talking about that piece of garbage 'CACA' or Clicking Agent that you find on Google. I am talking about PRIVATE programs and scripts that are only used by private groups.
How do these scripts get away undetected you ask?
Simple, let's actually take a look at Google's click fraud protection (This is what I have summed up, I seriously don't believe they have anything other protection because people are still cheating using these methods as you read this article.)
If you actually take a look at Google's Adsense code when it is on your webpage you will find the URL that is used to retrieve ads. (Right-Clck your ad Iframe and click 'View Page Information' or something similar.)
Here is an example of the URL that you will find:
http://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/ads?client=ca-pub-2521202633232871&dt=1124847235453&lmt=1124631699&format=468x60_as&output=html&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.yoursite.com%2F&color_bg=ECF8FF&color_text=000000&color_link=0033FF&color_url=0033FF&color_border=DDAAAA&cc=59&u_h=768&u_w=1024&u_ah=738&u_aw=1024&u_cd=32&u_tz=-240&u_java=true
Now let's decode this up a little bit, shall we?
client=ca-pub-2521202633232871 - Your client code, this tells Google who to assign the click-through money to.
dt=1124847235453 - Javascript, if you use the command google_date = new Date(); document.write(google_date.getTime()) --- Which generates 1124847235453.
This shows you the number of milliseconds since midnite January 1, 1970. This is what seems to be Google's biggest automated proxy clicker fraud prevention. Doesn't seem too hard to generate with 2 lines of code now does it?
lmt=1124631699 - The last time your webpage was updated. LMT stands for Last Modified Time, pretty easy Javascript to generate this one too - document.write(document.lastModified); --- Which generates 1124631699.
(Notice I'm skipping a bunch, that's because they are just showing the type of ad, colors, and size that you are using.)
cc=59 - Seems to be some random number based on the screen width, height, and color scheme. I've seen this number go from 20 all the way up to 400. I'm sure they don't use this to reliably track click fraud.
u_h=768 - Height of your screen settings.
u_w=1024 - Width of your screen settings.
u_ah=738 - Your available screen height.
u_aw=1024 - Your available screen width.
u_cd=32 - Color scheme on windows, e.g. 32-bit.
u_tz=-240 - Your monitor refresh rate or something else that isn't important, I've never seen it not -240.
u_java=true - Just seeing if you have java enabled.
There are some other variables that are sometimes in the URL such as 'u_his=' this means how many pages you have visited since you started up your browser. There's also some MIME type checks and how many plugins you have installed, but these variables come up very rarely. I think they are only meant for Netscape/Firefox browsers.
Now that we have 'decoded' the supposed unbeatable Google Adsense code, what do you think about click fraud? You still think it is rare?
After randomizing all the data and sending an automated query to their Adsense URL, all the scumbag has to do is parse out all of Google's click URL's and click one of them, giving him a click through. This can all be easily faked with even a Visual Basic program. A newbie programmer could in-fact cheat Google Adsense without much knowledge.
Alrite you say, they beat the javascript code detection but doesn't Google use cookies so they can't do this?
No, Google does not use cookies for Adsense.
Well what about IP-tracking? Someone can't have that many proxies!
There are click groups that leave these programs running on their computer. They each randomly click each other's URL's automatically. The person running the program doesn't even have to do anything, but he is still contributing to the success of their group and himself.
Does that sound too far-fetched? I am telling you that there are click groups that do this now and have been since the old Linkshare PPC days in 1999. Yes, if you were an advertiser on Linkshare back around 1999-2002, you got RAPED.
And that isn't all. I have read on the internet that there is currently over 100,000 people infected in the United States alone with trojan proxy servers. These proxy servers run on random ports so that Google can't just do a simple port 8080 or 80 check on it to see if it's a proxy. The majority of these proxy servers are used for credit card fraud, but a lot of them are also used to cheat Google Adsense and other pay per click programs. These proxies are at-home users that look like normal dial-up, cable, and dsl users from all across the world, but mainly United States. There is NO WAY to prove that they are a proxy.
Random User-Agent strings is another tactic that is often used by click fraudsters. This makes Google think that a lot of different browsers are clicking the links, just keeping them further from finding out the truth.
On a side note, you may be thinking that the new Yahoo! pay per click program may be the way to go. I checked into their protection and guess what? They are only using ONE of Google's protections and that is the Javascript GetTime. They are still in Beta though and this may change, but who knows?
To the cheaters: The benefits of cheating are short. Eventually you will be caught for what you are doing and maybe even sued by Google. There is a ton of money to be made legally with Adsense and I suggest that you stop cheating. Who am I to tell you to stop? I use to be one of you! Back when I was 13-14 I was making programs like the ones you guys are using now. You guys probably used one of my programs at one time. I am happy to say that those days of mine are all in the past now, and I am making a good amount of money LEGALLY with Adsense and other affiliate programs. Work hard guys and you will reap the benefits 100 times what you make cheating.
To the advertisers: You people that use Google Adwords now see that it is actually not very hard to cheat you out of your money, so be careful and MAKE SURE that you use a click fraud protection script such as ClickDefense. To lower most of your click fraud, just don't put your ads in the Content Network, only stay on Google's sponsored search results. Only Google gets paid when someone clicks the search results sponsored ads and nobody wants to cheat to make Google anymore money do they? Check the stock, it's currently at 279.58 a share.

5 Ground Breaking Secrets To Profiting From Google Adsense in 2007

5 Ground Breaking Secrets To Profiting From Google Adsense in 2007

For some years now, there has been so much noise about how Google is making so many people rich through its advertising program, Google Adsense. To so many people, Adsense is the lazy man's way to online riches. All you need do is put up a quality website and drive massive traffic to the website and VOILA! You will start making money.
There has been so many information all over the Internet on Google Adsense and we can't just have enough of those information. I have been studying a lot of materials and I decided to summarize what everybody has been saying about Google Adsense into five simple steps. If followed, these steps will help you start making money from Google Adsense as soon as possible.

1) The first secret of making money with Adsense is that you need quality content to offer the visitors to your website. Without quality content, you won't ever be indexed by the Search Engines! If you ever get listed on the numerous search engines with contents that are not worth it, people may visit your website, but they will NEVER stay. They will leave as soon as they enter.
So take this step so SERIOUS! Quality content make people stay on your website and by staying, they may find an ad that will interest them to warrant them clicking on your ad thereby making you money.

2) The second secret is that you need to update your website CONSTANTLY! What will it be like for you if you visit a website and all you see, is the same content you saw about two months ago? I am sure you won't waste your time on such a website. If you don't want the same to happen to your website then you need to keep updating the website.
You can set a schedule for the updating of the websites, if you run a blog, you may have to be updating it on a daily basis. If it is a website, then a weekly or monthly schedule will be ok. If you can’t do it on a regular basis, just ensure that you do the updating once in a while.

3) To make money from Google Adsense, you will also need original contents. Why should people come to your website when they can get the same information you are offering from thousands other websites? We are in the world of auto-generated contents and so many people are just doing the same thing over and over again. You shouldn’t be one of these people doing the same thing.
You need to be different in order to be heard or seen online. It doesn’t take so much time for you to come up with unique and quality content for your website. In fact, you can help your efforts by volumes if you just add 2-4 original articles to your website so that it can make it unique from what others are doing.

4) One advice you need to heed when creating your website for Adsense is the need for you to be careful when using software to create your website. So many people use the same software and the same template for their websites. By doing this, you may succeed in fooling a lot of people, but the Search Engines will NEVER fall for this. This is because they have duplicate content filters and your website may be caught by them.
The best way to solve this is to use your own custom template for building your own websites when using any of these softwares. This will give your website an originality that is peculiar to you alone and you will also have the personality of your website intact.

5) Lastly, you will need to edit your ads to match the look of your website. When you do this, the ads will not be, in any way, different from your website and this will make it easier for your visitors to click on them. Make sure that when your visitors finish reading your site’s content, they get something to do next. This will be the click on your ad!
Friend, you have in your hand an easy-to-follow guide you can start exploiting NOW if you want to see an increase in your Adsense earnings this very moment.
This is to your success in your Adsense business.

Explode Your Adsense Profits In 7 Days Or Less

Posted by damnedviper | | 0 comments »

Explode Your Adsense Profits In 7 Days Or Less

How would you like to increase your adsense profits, almost triple fold, in just 7days or less? Well it is possible if you are willing to work at it.
Here is how.

The very first thing you need to do is find a niche with a lot of traffic. Simple thing if you know the basic human needs. Think about how many people will love to learn to improve their health, or how many people visit dating sites or weight loss as a good instance. Those are niches with high volume traffic. That’s the kind of niche you need to think up.

I recommend you pencil about 3 of such niches to start with, then begin to create an “adsense train”. An adsense train is simply a bunch of stand-alone sites targeted at high volume traffic.
The easiest way to build such a site is to setup a blog and that’s what we will stick to. So go to a place like http://blogger.com or http://wordpress.com and setup a blog.

Now, if you can write articles for those niches, go ahead and write a couple of articles and post them on your blog plus submit them to article directories across the web. If you can’t write, hire someone to do it at a place like freelancewriting.com

Finally, go to google and setup an adword campaign to advertise your blog and let it run for a couple of days. The purpose is to allow google to pick up your blog quickly. After a few days, you can decide to turn it off.

Now to make it dead simple. Just locate good articles written by others and post it to your blog weekly at places like http://articlejoint.com, http://ezinearticles.com
Just do this whole process for 3 to 7 niches and watch your adsense profits shoot through the roof almost overnight.

Ooops, I forgot to tell you to include your adsense codes on those blogs of yours!

Google AdSense Fraud - Deep Insight

Google AdSense Fraud - Deep Insight

It's worthwhile to examine Google's definition of Google AdSense and Click Fraud, before delving deeper into “AdSense Fraud”.

Google AdSense fraud is one of the diseases that plague the Ad Words advertisers. The AdSense program essentially allows website publishers/owners to sign up with Google, enabling them to display Google Ads on their sites. These publishers essentially act as “Google Partners”. The ads chosen by the Google bot for display are contextual and the ads are related to the contents of the publisher's website, more specifically that particular web page. The intent for Google is to capitalize on the traffic to these (in practice) niche sites and provide highly direct targeted traffic to the advertiser. A subset of the users of the Google Partner website, click on those ads and Google charges the advertiser per click. Google shares the booty with the website publisher but the revenue sharing ratio falls under Google's “undisclosed “criteria. While the exact amount can be reverse engineered, the take home lesson is that the filans a course of action.

Wanna -Be Fraudster ( aka BOZO):

He “invests” in a clickbot software( a simple google search reveals many) and gets a list of anonymous proxy addresses. He then goes to register a few domains and hires someone off of elance to create a “network of sites”and “ click bot ” . He hopes that the interlinked sites will provide each some “link popularity” and increase his page rank. If only it were that simple! He then proceeds to use the $30 clickbot to start clicking on the sites. Or he could click on them himself manually using the proxies. We don't call him click monkey for nothing. He clicks and clicks all the way to see his account getting banned. No banana for this monkey! His calls of despair to google fall on deaf ears. This person is likely to quit, but sometimes retries to get up the food chain, the Wanna -Be-Fraudster.

This girl searches for high paying keywords like “home loan equity” (current ad words rate: $45), or “web hosting” (ad words costing $20). She correctly guesses that the AdSense payout is proportional to what Google earns and therefore homes in on such words. Her strategy is to make a page with contents that are appropriate for the targeted high payout keyword. She moves ahead by clicking on the link multiple times and recruits friends and family to give them a click. Or ten!
Little does she know that Google has a 45 day inspection period before she get her nubby little fingers on that cash. With little to no knowledge of Click through Ratio , her greed couples with her ignorance. Seeing her ill-gotten paper wealth multiplying in her AdSense interface, she increases the clicks. Google however inspects the CTR and throws a fit when they see a CTR exceeding 20%. Furthermore, Google notices clicks mostly originating from a few IP addresses and that essentially seals her fate (or rather docks her earnings). That virtual cash is now just some deleted bytes on a hard disk on Google's servers. She moans, nay she rail against the cruelty of Google's policy. Some of these people wisely cease and desist such activities, perhaps philosophizing about the NFL (no free lunch) theorem. Others however see it as ground school for the next stage of nefarious behavior.

Almost-There Fraudster ( aka SmartAlec ):

The archetypical ATF is supremely confident in his ability to fool Google. Like the BOZO, he looks for high paying keywords and makes appropriate website(s). Let's assume that he is in a third world country, just to make the case more interesting. The case described here is 1 year old news. He has read this article and taken the learnt the subsequent lesson . He knows that that the clicks from the IP Addresses of USA, UK & Canada are worth much more than the clicks from the IP Addresses from the third world countries. He therefore seeks to befriend people from such IP addresses by logging onto messenger services.
This way, he gets the unique, unrelated IP clicks and (he hopes) that Google is fooled. Remember “creature of the night”. Well, these people typically are more than a few time zone removed from the US or Canada and therefore are up at odd hours whenever they feel that their targets are most likely to be active. Plus they sometimes have to deal with “inconveniences” like a day job.
AT fraud thinks that the clicks he obtained by trolling on these sites is a job well done. He has got clicks from the IP address of his choice .. An interesting factoid is that for AdSense, state also matters. Clicks from Washington and New York State have the highest payout for AdSense Fraud.

He has just one problem. His tragic flaw. While he worked so hard to get the unique IP and high earnings, he is not able to maintain a good CTR. He is likely to cross the limit of 30-40% of daily CTR and 10-20% of overall CTR. He ends up in the same purgatory as the BOZO. The account is banned, and he gets the abominated email. Yes, the “AdSense account closure”. Almost-There is never good enough in this nether world of AdSense gaming. Although it is possible that he would have made a few thousand dollars before the punishment catches up to his crime. Crime doesn't quite pay, now does it? Well, gentle reader, unfortunately crime _is_ paying to the next category. Fraudster Maestro ( aka Satan's Spawn).
Fraudster Maestro ( aka Satan's Spawn):

This category of fraudsters is the most sophisticated and rarely gets caught by google . She has researched the high paying keywords as well as the CTR issues well. She has the smoothest lines in the business of soliciting clicks. She can flirt online, and ask to click the “link” for her picture. Or she may claim that clicking the link causes the hungry child to be fed in Ethiopia . Let's follow a typical “simple” chat session:
AT Fraud: hi
US User : hello
AT Fraud: what are your coordinates, handsome?
US User : NY , NY
AT Fraud: Oh! Wish I could be there. Can you help out a damsel in distress?
US User : sure
AT Fraud: I have made a site and want to see if all the links on this page are working or not. Can you please click on the links and see if the other page loads?
US User: Sure. Link?
AT Fraud: www.fraudstersite.com/high-value-keyword-page.html
US User : wait! Yes I checked all the links and they are working fine.
AT Fraud: Thanks
US User : so can we talk about you now? ( Message Not Delivered as the fraudster has blocked the User and is busy looking for a new victim)
And she has lots of tricks up her repertoire besides chatting up strangers. She knows about opt in lists, usenet and blogs where she can snare the victims. Technically savvy and able to empathize with her victims she doesn't let arrogance get in her way to success. Since she is very mindful of the CTR issues she has a secret weapon. She has optimized her site for some low paying keywords which are really not competitive. She organically gets lots of traffic (but for things unrelated to those competitive high paying keywords). In her website, she may be giving away free greeting cards Or free screensavers. End result is a fabulous impression count. The second step for her is to makes unrelated pages on the same site and these pages pertain to the high paying keywords. These keywords are used to attract the victims of chat sessions. The process of getting the clicks is different but the results due to CTR are very lucrative.
So, how does all this geek talk affect the PPC advertiser? It's a $5 billion+ dollar market(for exact projections onto the future, please check out our FAQ, and with a 20% + fraud rate, we are talking about a 1 BILLION dollars fraud per year. Even Dr. Evil may be impressed by such a number. It's greater than the cumulative GNP of a few banana republics. And a fair chunk is ending up in the coffers of these fraudsters. We know from anecdotal evidence, how people are clearing up to 20 grand a month. All, courtesy of the hapless PPC advertiser.

We want to emphasize that there are lots of authentic sites serving genuine content. But unfortunately the existence of these people (as discussed above) reduces the ROI of many advertisers to the extent that they rethink their interest in PPC. In the word of one of our organic SEO customers, with PPC “you always get a little less back than you put in”. It needn't be that way, if you watch carefully where your ad words traffic is coming from and take some steps (such as traffic analysis or at the very least a log file analysis) to protect arm yourself with data for a refund claim for google. Another thing to keep in mind is to stay nimble. Convincing search engines to refund money is a lot tougher and a lot more work than proactively watching for problem visitors and warning them of the repeated clicks and how they are being monitored. Our experience shows that all but the hardened criminals are deterred(reducing the adwords wasted burden). Remember, an ounce of prevention…

7 Powerful Ways To Make Money From Adsense Using Only Free Tools

by Prethi

There is really no doubting that there are amazing incomes currently being made on Google Adsense and the really interesting thing is that even relatively small sites and blogs are finding new ways to make money from their Adsense sites every day.
Actually there are a lot of increasingly creative ways to make money and maximize on Adsense earnings that are being discovered and also being put to use every day. And what’s even more fascinating is the fact that most of these tools being used don’t cost anything. They are actually free. Here are 7 of the most effective currently being used.

a) Ways to make money from Adsense by Distributing articles through ezine and article announcement lists
Some of the most effective methods ways to make money from Adsense clicks involve the simple step of just increasing the volume of targeted traffic to a site. One of the ways of doing this is by distributing interesting content to ezine lists and article announcement lists. It is not too difficult to quickly build a list that reaches a million or so email boxes and can thus give a lot of visibility and drive tons of highly targetd traffic to your Adsense site or sites. Probably the most popular place for doing this is at Yahoo groups, but there are a few others that you can find easily by using your favorite search engine.
Success here depends on three main factors. Firstly you should be careful to join article announcement lists and ezine lists that are as relevant as possible to your subject matter and offering. Secondly your headline has to be a killer headline that will grab readers by the scruffs of their necks and force them to open your email message amongst the dozens or even hundreds of others they receive daily. It goes without saying that the content must meet the promise of your sensational headline. Anything less will cause annoyance and leave all those potential visitors to your Adsense site feeling cheated. And believe me, you don’t want to cause this sort of reaction because it is definitely not one of the ways o make money from Adsense or any other program for that matter. Thirdly, you will need the sort of resource box in all your articles that will leave most of your readers with no option but to visit your Adsense site.
Within a very short of consistently applying this technique, my daily Adsense earnings increased seven-fold.

b) Ways to make money from Adsense by Distributing free articles to high traffic article sites Some people find the recent trends that have seen an increase in article sites surprising. I don’t. The net is primarily an information-seeking tool. Anything that will help improve the search and quality of information will greatly benefit the people making that effort.
Some of the older article directories receive very high traffic, mainly from web masters and site owners seeking quality free content for their sites. So apart from the immediate exposure these sites also guarantee plenty of future targeted traffic to your site, when folks find your articles useful enough to re-post at their sites.
The more new articles you release to these sites every week, the more targeted traffic your Adsense sites will receive. This is in fact one of the most effective ways of making money consistently from Adsense clicks. One of the reasons for this is that targeted traffic will tend to spend more time at your site or sites, and the more time they spend, the higher the chances that they will click one one of the Adsense ads posted there.

c) Ways to make money from Adsense by Using Articles And A Viral Marketing Website
Any online marketing technique that involves the use of referral marketing or viral marketing automatically has a huge chance of being a success. The net is ideal for viral marketing and in fact gives any viral marketer huge leverage. Viral marketing or referral marketing is one of the most effective ways to make money online. Just ask Bill Gates.
When Gates was trying to play catch up on the Internet after an earlier mistake of underestimating the future importance of the net, he launched his Hotmail free email service when rivals like Yahoo already had millions of users. He decided to use a simple referral marketing technique. Every Hotmail message that went out had a brief signature at the end requesting the recipient to sign up for their free Hotmail account. Within a few short months, Hotmail had millions of users. And there are many other amazing stories which viral marketing boasts of on the net.
There is one of the very simple ways to make money from Adsense by going viral. Sign up at a leading viral marketing site. You will automatically get your own viral site. You can then use some of your articles to point people to your viral site. The way these sites work is that anybody who signs up at your site will have to visit your Adsense site if you register it at the site. So within a very short time you will be driving thousands of visitors to your Adsense site.
Find more details on this at my blog whose address you'll find in the resource box below.
Admittedly this traffic is less targeted. Still the huge potential and possible numbers you are able to receive using this free tool more than makes up for this.

d) Ways to make money from Adsense With Your Email signature
People greatly underestimate the power and potential effectiveness of a simple email signature as one of the ways to make money online. Actually this is a viral marketing method because emails get forwarded all the time and are even copied to several other people sometimes.
Do not waste another minute. Go to all your email accounts right now and create a signature that points to your Adsense site or sites.
Writing effective email signatures is a skill that you will have to develop, but I have found that using famous quotes is more effective than a straight advertising message. Always remember that people hate to be advertised to online.

e) Ways to make money from Adsense By Asking Questions At Discussion groups
I recently had an interesting conversation with a young Internet and computer techie. He asked me whether there were quick ways to make money online by answering technical questions and helping people to solve their computer and web-related problems. My answer was that there were many discussion groups where participants would get these answers for free. I advised him that he had a better chance of making money by making use of this free advice available online rather than by trying to sell his own advice.
There are tons of online discussion groups where leading world experts will answer your questions and give you valuable insight for free. It is amazing why most people do not think of using these online forums to learn as much as they can about the most effective ways of making money from Adsense.
These forums can easily be found through you favorite search engine.

f) Ways to make money from Adsense By Bartering your online skills for valuable Adsense keywords
In the old days, before the invention of money, if somebody needed something, the first question they asked themselves was; “What is it that I already have that I can exchange for what I need? Barter trade seems to have been forgotten but it is a very powerful method of trading. More so online where people have plenty of skills but are slow to trust others enough to send them money for an item they need.
You can barter whatever it is you have, your skills, products or services, and exchange them for genuine valuable Adsense keywords. Valuable Adsense keywords are the most effective way for a small site with low traffic to earn big cash from Adsense. And you can do this barter trade on an ongoing basis so that you always have a constant supply of valuable Adsense keywords which you can use at your site or blog as one of the ways to make more money from Adsense.

g) Ways to make money from Adsense By Sending Teaser Emails
To Everybody In Your Inbox And Also To Your Opt-in Email List Most of us receive tons of email in our inbox every day. You’ll be surprised at the huge number of people you know by simply going through your email inbox. No matter how good your spam filters are, you are also bound to be receiving more than your fare share of SPAM or unsolicited email. All this is “gold” lying in your email inbox and there are ways to make money using these emails. All you need to do to process the emails into pure gold is to send out “teaser emails about the most interesting aspects of content at your site. The whole objective of teaser emails is to get people to visit your site. For instance if I were to send out teaser email on this content here is how I would construct it;

Subject: Free Tools Currently Being Used To Increase Adsense Earnings
Hello,
Just thought you might be interested in this subject, since so many folks online use Adsense these days. If not please accept my sincere apologies. Details are at my site.
www. your site's address .com
Regards, Chris.

I am sure you can write an even more effective teaser email. It would be a better idea to have a different message for your close friends, a different one for your business contacts and yet another one for those nasty guys SPAMMING you.

These are just some of the many creative ways to make money from Adsense.

Choosing high-priced Keyword

Posted by damnedviper | | 1 comments »

Choosing high-paid Keyword

Getting on the bandwagon for profits and increasing your website traffic in the balance might sound like an easy task, but in reality very few marketers are able to be successful on their own without some advice, guidance and shortcuts. Finding and implementing high profit, low competition keywords in your ads really is the trick for making Adsense payoff big.

On the opposite spectrums of Adsense are huge possible profits and low competition keywords for your ads – to substantial expenses and lost revenues, simply from not having up front information to utilize. Adsense for many is an expense and painful lesson in "what not to do". However, InternetMarketingUSA offers a handful of straightforward approaches, designed to provide you with a easily followed roadmap of ideas to get you going on the right path.

Background Research – Worth Its Weight in Gold: Absolutely critical in developing an Adsense campaign is to research some keywords for your niche that have a high CPC (Cost Per Click) value. A handy tool available for free to accomplish this is to use Google Adwords keyword tool or another tool that will give you a multitude of keyword lists designed specifically for your niche market.
To simplify keeping up with these later, you should consider saving the keywords into a program or application (I find Microsoft Excel spreadsheets to be excellent for this purpose. However; a basic word processing document will functionally work also). This makes it easy to copy and paste the keywords into Google's Traffic Estimator in your Adwords account. The estimator will give you the approximate clicks per day and the average cost per click (CPC) for each keyword. With this information, it is then easy enough to copy/paste this information back to your spreadsheet file for later reference.

Determine your Maximum Earning Per Click: To determine your maximum EPC, multiply the average CPC by 30% to get an estimate of your maximum earnings per click. The higher the average CPC, the more likely the CPC for the 2nd - 8th positions are high as well. You want this higher average CPC to start because if the CPC starts to drop off significantly after the 3rd position, your chance of getting high click earnings as an Adsense publisher will be diminished.

Determine Desired CPC – Based on Individual Strategy (and budget) Use any one of many tools available on the internet for helping to estimate the 1st - 8th position CPC values. These tools will estimate the CPCs for each position and allow you to see how much the CPCs drop off after the first position. This dramatically helps your analysis for picking the most profitable keywords. If the CPC values stay close to the each other and to the value of the first position, then you will more than likely have a profitable keyword.

Test Google for Position Location Now that the ads have been established it is time to check your exact position in the search engines. To determine which Adsense ads occupy which positions. You can do this by searching on Google for your keyword and looking to see which Adsense ads are generated in the search results and in which order they are. A second method for this determination is to use the Adwords Accelerator tool itself. It has a feature whereby Adwords ads are dynamically displayed for a given keyword you input into the tool to check. If the Adwords advertiser has used "Adwords for Content" in his advertising, these ads will be the Adsense ads someone else is displaying on their website.

Compare Initial Results Compare the ads you found in the previous step to the results of using a keyword check function tool (available on the internet). If the advertisers you find by doing this closely match those you found above, you will more than likely have a profitable keyword.
If the advertisers are not he same, then the advertiser is possibly not using the "Adwords for Content" mode of advertising in his campaigns. This means that the keyword may not be the basis for the Adsense ads and may not be profitable.

Determine Your Profits and Determine Cost Per Click Data for Enhancements If you decide to get traffic using the Adwords approach, then just use the keywords in your Adsense ads that scored well from the prior evaluation. Then, use lower cost per click keywords in your Adwords ads. The difference between the earnings from the click you get on your Adsense word from the cost of the click you pay on your Adwords word will be your profit.

Combining these techniques with your search engine optimization techniques will go a long way towards ensuring you get traffic to the website. Once there, make sure the keywords you choose have the highest KEI possible. KEI is the ratio of the number of searches for a keyword to the number of competing sites having the keyword. The combination of a high KEI and a high score from the above evaluation will yield the best profit results, greatest amount of traffic, increased revenues and minimal expense.

Few Examples

I know that there are so many websites selling their so-called "high-paid" keywords from time to time. They even claim they can update all the statistics for every month. I would not challenge them. But I would not pay hundred of bucks to buy such list, beacuse it doesn't worth that much. In the light of it, I decide to put a FREE list of high-paid keywords and hope you guys will find it useful. One point that I want to make is that, I realize that the list may somehow out-dated. But I don't think there will be much deviation from the actual reality. Please tell me if you know there is an updated list of high-paid keywords, by leaving me a comment.

UPDATE:

I just recently found a website that list out all the top paying keywords for different letters. It worth to take you several minutes to dig out some good keywords.
Maximize your sites advertising revenue by targeting higher paying keywords. Use our free lists to find high paying keywords. Google will deliver ads based on these higher priced keywords, thus yielding you significantly more revenue per click. Why target keywords that only pay you pennies per click when you could be getting dollars by targeting the higher paying keywords.
Avg. CPC (average cost-per-click) suggested by the tool for highest bidder. Because ads are rotated and bids are automatically lowered to match the next ad, this is the average cost than the highest bidder would pay for one click. This is a good estimation of your average cost for one click.
The CPC rates are guaranteed to be the same as returned by Google Adwords Traffic Estimator tool on the day of compilation.

Search Engine Optimization Techniques

SEO Techniques

If you have done some research on how to promote your site and get higher ranking in search engine, I am sure you must heard of Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Everybody talks about SEO nowadays. There are also some paid webhosting company, they recquire you to pay certain amount of money and in return, they will help you to get a higher ranking for you. Search engine optimization is one of most popular online marketing tool for your website. With more websites coming online every day the competition gets larger, so you have to make sure you can out SEO them before they out do you. In this article I will tell how to increase your ranking and how to win such keen competition. Search engines change their algorithms often and it's hard to keep up for anyone, so if you don't know much about SEO don't worry, I will get you up to speed.
First make sure your site is robot friendly by using HTML instead of flash and use more text than images or flash.Page size can help you rank better in search engines, by keeping your page size low you will help robot(s) get more out of your web page. You should Keep it under 100k, but it's best to keep it around 25k or lower. Content is a key because search engines like Google love theme sites.
Build three pages of content per week with at least 200 words. One thing that every one that owns a site should have heard about by now is link popularity. Link building is very important because not only will search engines find your site faster, but it will help you rank higher for the keywords you used in the links.
Try to trade links with websites which have high Google PageRank of at least 4, the more the better, but don't trade links just for PageRank, look at Traffic more. Below is a link to a link exchange that will help you build you link popularity and traffic.http://www.linkexchangeit.comDensity and position play a big part in your ranking for your keywords.
You should use your keyword once in the title, once in the description meta tag, once the in the heading, once the in the URL, once in bold text. Try to get a density between 5% and 20% and you should do good.Submit your home page and maybe a few other pages in your site to the search engines, than wait for them to come to your web site. The waiting part is the harder part after you submit to the search engine. You can see the main search engines that you should submit to below.
Teoma/Ask Jeeves - You will need to email Teoma to get in at this time.
Meta tags are not that important as they once were, but some search still consider them and this could help you rank higher in some search engines. Use the keyword meta tag and description meta tag, the rest don't do nothing nor help! After the robots start coming to your site watch the logs (If you have logs) very closely and keep up with what pages they index and how often they come. Also make sure robots are crawling the full site and not just some pages.

More

1) Title Tag - The title tag is the most powerful on-site SEO technique you have, so use it creatively! What you place in the title tag should only be one thing, the exact keyword you used for the web page that you are trying to optimize. Every single web page should have it's own title tag.
2) ALT Tags - ALT tags were meant to be for text browsers because the images didn't show in text browsers and the ATL tags would tell the visitor what it's about. You should put your main keyword(s) in the ALT tags, but don't over do it because you could get dropped in the results or even worse banned for life!
3) Link Popularity - Link popularity is the most powerful SEO tool out of all them. Most search engines don't even consider web sites if there is not at least one or two links pointing to the web site. Having another site(s) link to your web site is important when it comes to getting your site a good ranking. Your keywords should be in the links you get and keep the keywords short. When you receive requests for a link exchange, check the site out before linking with them, check for spam (Repeat keywords, hidden text, etc.).
4) Keyword Density - This is also vital and should be used with research. You should use the keyword(s) once in the title tag, once in the heading tag, once in bold text, and get the density between 5% to 20% (Don't over do it!). Also use your keyword(s) both low and high on the web page, keyword(s) should be in the first sentence and in the last one.
5) Page Size - Your web page's speed is important to your visitors and the search engines. Why? Because the robots will be able to spider your web page faster and easier. Try your best to keep your web page over 5k and under 15k in size.
6) Rich Theme - Search engines are looking at themes more and more. Build content (Articles, FAQ, tips, etc.) much as possible and keep the web pages around 200 to 500 words. Create content that's related to your market and link them out to other related content on your site. Try to get 200 web pages or more.
7) Web Site Design - This is also important, if you want to get indexed! Text content should out weigh the HTML content. The pages should validate and be usable in all of today's leading edge browsers. Stay away from flash and Java Script, search engines dislike them both a lot.
8) Insite Cross Linking - This will help you get all of your web pages indexed by the search engines. Your web pages should be no more than three clicks away from the home page. Link to topic related quality content across your site. This will also help build you a better theme through out your web site. On every page you should link back to your home page and your main service(s).

Tips to make a Quality Blog and Attract Readers:

Search engine is one of the greatest thing on the internet, and in fact, it changes the way how people surf the net. Search engines are also important to an adsensers. Without a doubt, you can drive traffic to your site/blog whenever a person search a term. But one thing you need to realize, can you really get your site to the top 10 result pages? If not, do you think you can get significant traffic from search engines? I don't think so. In light of this, I think you better find other solid way to improve your traffic without search engines. One basic way is to keep update your blog.

Successful bogs overtime have managed to build huge numbers of readership. Their readers are their source of sustainable traffic. Search engine algorithm can change anytime. Your blog maybe number 1 now from the search engine results but changes can happen anytime. There is no guarantee you will have search engine traffic for a lifetime. Since readers are the source of sustainable traffic and since they are the engine of blogs sustainable success, how to have a large readership is one very important question. Is there a secret of having a large readership? I begin to make research and this is what I found so far. To build a large readership, you must understand your target audience and know what it is that they want. When you write your post, write it as if there is just one person in your mind. Think of him as a person whom you know intimately, you understand his goals, his dreams, his aspirations and things that really interests him. He is your ideal reader, he soak up every word and he clicks every link you include in each blog post.
You cannot please all the people all of the time. The best strategy is to focus on pleasing the people you can influence. You want people who will take action. You want readers who will click a link because you have recommended a new eBook or a new software product. You want readers who will click the "Buy Now" button and earn you an affiliate commission.Think about what people are usually looking for online. Your job as a blogger is to make that information available. Your job is to make your content closely match the wants of your target audience.
Other things you can do:
  • Stick to making posts regularly
  • Stay within your blog's theme
  • Encourage feedback
  • Respond to questions from your readers
  • Keep up to date with the news within the theme of your blog
  • Provide your readers with your opinions on relevant and interesting items
  • Reveal something yourself in your posts. Your readers are much more likely to trust you if you allow them to get to know you.

Free Methods to Get Traffic for New Blogs

Posted by damnedviper | | 1 comments »

Blog is the one of the most popular medium that enables publishers to start earning money with Adsense. Content is the very first thing that you need to have. After that, driving traffic to your blog is also a very difficult part. Questions on driving traffic to the blog are always the most popular question to be raised in Adsense Help Discussion Group. Joing PPC advertising program can be one effecive way, but not every blog publisher can affor to pay to join such program. In this post, I am going to discuss three quickest yet free method that drive the first stream of traffic to your blog.

1. Post messages and leave signature on related forums/ groups

Just like what I normally do in Adsense Group. Leaving the URL of your blog as the signature is quite effective in driving traffic to your site. All you have to do is find some forums or groups that are related to your area of interest. Just like my blog, who is talking about making money with Adsense, I choose the Adsense Help Group as my primary forum to leave messages. Of course, if you have time, you can find out more related forums by searching through various Search Engines.

Go to a few that you find informative and read around a bit. Join a couple of the forums, that you find interesting and are of value to you, as a member. However, one thing to remind you is that you should check out two things before joining any forum after doing searching.

- A forum must be indexed by the search engines, particularly by Google. If it's indexed, your posts will appear as backlinks to your site, raising your blog's PR (PageRank) in the search engines. You can gain search engine traffic as a result.

- A forum must also permit the use of a signature file. By creating a signature, that includes your blog URL, you have a link that brings forum members back to your blog.

In your member profile, be sure to use a "signature" that includes a link back to your blog. Make certain the signature appears on all of your postings. Without that link, no new traffic can find you.

2. Tell everyone you know about your blog

This offline networking technique will bring a fresh batch of visitors to your blog. As you become more comfortable with talking to people about your blog, your traffic numbers will take a jump. Many of them will surf to your blog, to read what you have to say.

But remember, only ask your friend or relative to visit your blog, but do not mention or request them to click the ads for you. Encouragement or providing incentives to click your ads is highly prohibited under Google’s TOS. Bear that in mind!

3. Put your links on your e-mails

When you send out any e-mails, either personal or business, be sure to add a link to your blog to each and every one of them.

With a quick and easy to click hot link back to your blog, many of your e-mail recipients will drop by for a look. While not everyone will check out your blogging activities, a few will. Another source of new visitors has been added, with minimum effort.

These three free and quickest methods are, after trial, quite effective to drive traffic to a new blog. You should make a try on them now and start earning big bucks through Adsense!

Promoting your site away from Internet

Promoting your site away from Internet

Far to many web sites are not advertising offline and it's costing them large amounts of money. Don't make the same mistake as those web site owners and instead learn from their mistakes! Below you will find six powerful ways to promote your web Site Offline and gain more exposure.
Yellow Pages - Place an ad for your web site in the Yellow Pages. You would be amazed of how many people will find your web site in the Yellow Pages. Matt Colyer is the owner of the www.superiorwebmaster.com. He also is a php, CGI and ASP developer.
Business Cards - Have some business cards printed out, the nice thing about business cards is that they are cheap. Give your business cards out to people that might be interested in your product(s) or service(s). Give them two cards and tell them if they know any friends or family that may interested in your service or product, to give them a card.
Flyers - Get some flyers printed out with your web site's address and tell them a little bit about what your service(s) or product(s) is and why they should choose it. Hang some of the flyers on bulletin boards. In most cities you can go to a local collage, Laundromat or store and put up your flyers. You would also be smart to place it in front of people's doors at their homes. Also keep a few, so when you meet someone that would be interested in your service(s) or product(s) you can give one to them.
Television - Advertising on TV can gain you huge exposure, but isn't cheap and isn't always the right place to advertise on for certain service(s) or product(s). Find TV programs that attract your target audience, many TV stations will provide you profiles of their viewers. If your on a real low budget, you may want to skip this one and try to advertise else where.
Automobile Advertising - You may be thinking I am making this up, but I'm not. Think about it, how many miles an hour do you travel in a month and than think of how many people you have passed while driving? It's just like those big trucks that deliver goods to stores and advertise their company on it. You can stick magnetic signs, stickers or whatever on your card that advertise your web site's URL.
Promotional Items - Include your web site's URL on all promotional items you give away. This could be a T-shirt, coffee mug, keychain, hats or whatever you choose. It will remind people every day of your service(s) or product(s) and in most cases it takes more than one time for a visitor to see your site before they will buy something from you.

Uncommon Tips to Drive Traffic to Your Site

Uncommon Tips to Drive Traffic to Your Site

After the previous tutorials, I think you guys must have both basic and advanced knowledge on building traffic to yoiur site. Here comes to the final tutorial. In this tutorial, I aim to provide more information on uncommon methods. They are termed as "uncommon" because not so many people are aware of them. Although the level of effectiveness is not that high, but it is still worthwhile to know them. There are a total of five of them.
1. Offline advertising = Online profits
Whatever you're trying to sell online will most likely link to a relevant or appropriate media section offline. For example, if you're selling bicycles from your website, there will undoubtedly be a suitable offline magazine, in which you can place an ad. The purpose of the ad is not to sell your products, but to get prospects to visit your website. So your ad need only consist of a few lines, which should work out to be quite inexpensive. Your bicycle ad could read like this: Looking for a new bicycle? We stock a huge range at discount prices and can deliver within 48 hours. To learn more visit our website. www. bicycles4u.com - Your ad could be placed in cycle mags, sports magazines or even national and local newspapers. Wherever you think you're most likely prospects will look for your products or services offline is a means to getting them to go online.
2. Press releases
Some people just have to know what's new, what's in and what's out. To stay ahead in this information age, online and offline press releases can offer newsworthy titbits that could even be picked up by the national press. If you're just starting out in your online business, launching a new product or creating a new service, people will want to know about it. If this is something you haven't done before, take a look at some existing press releases by going to Google and typing 'press releases' into the search field. Once you get the idea, write out your press release, including your contact details and website URL, then go back to Google and type in 'press agencies'. Most will charge you for this service but your press release could get maximum coverage on and off the internet.
3. Opt-in mailing lists
Opt-in mailing lists can provide one of the most effective means of generating repeat business from your existing customer base. If your customers have bought from you once and that buying experience was satisfactory, there's a very good chance they will buy from you again because they trust you. Capture emails by encouraging your customers to sign up for your newsletter or other promotional information. Alternatively, you could rent an opt-in email list. A carefully worded e-mail message to people who have expressed an interest in receiving further information about your products or services could lead to extra sales, but be prepared to pay a princely sum.
4. Getting your message delivered direct to your customers
For as long as anyone can remember, direct mail has been one of the most effective and profitable forms of marketing ever. Many people have made millions from direct mail and it's still as successful today as it was 50 years ago. It's also relatively easy and inexpensive. First, create a single page introductory sales letter or brochure, detailing you products or services and all the benefits. For maximum effect, offer your new customers a discount or something for free, when they first purchase from your website. Don't forget, you want them to visit your website, so give them more than a good reason to do so. Next, rent a targeted mailing list from a reputable list broker. There are lists available, which cover every conceivable geographic and demographic statistic, so whatever business you're in, there will be one that's suitable for you. Send out your 'invitations' and wait for your hit counter to melt.
5. Referral marketing
This is a simple strategy of referring your own customers to a related but non-competitive website in return for them doing the same for you. Let's say you are selling printers. Find some quality sites that sell printer inks and contact the webmaster. Ask them if they would be willing to send their traffic to you in return for you doing the same for them. Most will agree. Between you, you will have to decide whether to display an ad on each other's site or go for a written recommendation. Either way, it will increase the chances of you getting more traffic to your site because you have been recommended. You could seek out many related websites and have numerous streams of traffic coming directly to you.
